The Information Assurance Analyst will act as Security Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) who implements and manages the security requirements for a particular VMC call center. Knowledgeable in information security, privacy best practices, and incident management, the Security DRI is the champion and ambassador of security activities and philosophies. The Security DRI may lead a cross-functional project team with resources from site management, facilities and IT interfacing directly with VMC client’s security assessors on audits, incident management, corrective action plans, reporting to ensure fulfillment of contractual security obligations.


  • Act as primary source for information security for call center
  • Review, define and document security-related policies
  • Manage security zones and access requirements
  • Manage security training requirements, fulfillment and user participation
  • Manage sanctioned mobile devices list, and their use within call center
  • Review and complete weekly and monthly logs, security metrics reporting
  • Complete security breach or potential breach investigation, conduct root cause analysis
  • Implement corrective actions/mitigation plans for audit findings, risks findings, breach remediation, etc.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Maintaining regular and predictable attendance
  • Must understand and agree to maintain all information security protocols for the role


  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • B.A. preferred
  • Knowledge in Macs and iOS
  • Proficient in typical office software (word, excel, ppt)
  • Fluent in English
  • Team player but work well as an individual contributor without direct guidance and supervision
  • Good and effective communicator both internally and externally with clients
  • Good technical and business acumen
  • Positive attitude and curiosity to learn
